Dr Sadaf Farooqi MD, FACP, DABOM is a highly accomplished Physician in Illinois with practicing medicine, aesthetics, and weight loss and the director of 2 successful SF Aesthetics & Wellness clinics. She will now be bringing her expertise to Gainesville, Georgia. She is triple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Obesity, and Aesthetics. She is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Her passion is in aesthetics and weight loss helping patients achieve the physique of their dreams.

Dr Sadaf Farooqi received her undergraduate and medical degree at King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her internal medicine residency at Kansas University School of Medicine.

With two decades of experience practicing medicine, Dr. Farooqi has established herself as a respected name in the field. Her exceptional commitment to the patient experience allows her to consistently treat patients with exquisite outcomes. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with an interest in aesthetics, integrative and preventive medicine. I received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University. I am very excited to be a part of the NuNova Health and Image team. I started my career in surgery, caring for patients both preoperatively and postoperatively for the past 6 years. I have also worked in the aesthetic industry as an injector for the past year and a half. I enjoy educating and assisting my patients to achieve their goals, gain confidence, and live a healthier life.

I am a native of Georgia. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, cooking great vegetarian meals, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my two dogs Tucker and Charlie.
